Dai Yutang, joined the Institute of Physical Chemistry of Japan as a project researcher. He is mainly engaged in volume-CAD modeling, simulation and manufacturing processes for astronomical telescopes, and ultra-precision processing technology of optoelectronic devices, then Dai is engaged in ultra-fast laser micromachining technology and fiber optic sensing technology applications, including micro-nano optoelectronic devices, fiber optic accelerometers, current/magnetic field sensors, hydrogen sensor devices, optical signal processing and security monitoring software systems after returning to China. In recent years, he has presided over 3 general projects of national natural science foundation of China and 4 other provincial and ministerial projects. Up to now, more than 70 papers have been published, including about 30 in SCI and 19 in EI. He has applied for 5 patents including 1 patent authorized by Japan and 4 national invention patents.

Guo Huiyong, with working experience in universities and enterprises, good communication and coordination, project management and innovation ability, has participated in a number of scientific research projects and product research and development. He has accumulated rich experience in research and development management and product testing and he also has a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience. Guo was graduated from the institute of electronics, Chinese academy of sciences in 2007, majoring in physics and electronics. From October 2007 to November 2010, he was engaged in the research and development of explosive/drug detectors successfully and realized the new ceramic metallization sealing technology of ion transfer tubes which was the core component, and he solved the technical problems of leakage and pollution of conventional transfer tubes. In January 2011, he entered the team of Jiang Academician to work as a postdoctoral student and stayed in school in 2013. During this period, he had been engaged in the research and preparation of fiber grating online preparation. He has systematically studied the on-line preparation of fiber grating and the development of photosensitive fiber. He has mastered many key technologies such as controlling the spectral stability of FBG in the process of on-line fabrication, consistency of reflectivity and so on. Guo has also published several related research papers, which have laid a solid theoretical and technical foundation for the industrialization transformation of large-capacity fiber grating sensing system and accumulated a wealth of research experience. From September 2016 to September 2017, he visited the university of Toronto in Canada for one year and engaged in the research on special optical fiber and its sensing technology, focusing on the research of the dense distributed sensing and detection technology of fiber grating.

Professor Liang Lei has working experience in universities and enterprises, good project management and innovation ability. He has participated in many scientific research projects and product development. Liang has also accumulated rich experience in research and development management and product testing with a wealth of engineering project experience. He has been engaged in the application research of FBG sensing technology in the field of major engineering structures and equipment for a long time. In recent years, his main research direction is the FBG sensing monitoring system for major mechanical equipment and engineering structures. He has a deep research on fiber grating sensor preparation, dynamic detection technology, sensor network design and system integration and engineering applications, long-term health monitoring and safety assessment of large-scale engineering structures with a series of theoretical and application results. He has hosted and participated in more than 20 national and provincial research projects including defense pre-research projects, national key R&D projects, the National Natural Science Foundation, and the National Science and Technology Support Program. He has won two second-class prizes of national science and technology progress, four first-class prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology progress, one second-class prize of provincial and ministerial science and technology progress, eight patents of national invention and utility model, and more than 100 academic papers.

 

Luo Pei, has working experience in universities with a solid theoretical basis and rich practical experience, and Luo has participated in many research projects and product development. He has accumulated rich experience in R&D and product testing. Mainly focused on the research and development of optical fiber sensing technology and structural damage identification, with solid theoretical foundation of fiber optic sensing technology, he is familiar with the principles and characteristics of various fiber Bragg grating sensors and the testing instruments of optical fiber sensors.

Dr. Wang Ning is a researcher and doctoral supervisor of the National Engineering Laboratory of Optical Fiber Sensing Technology, Wuhan University of Technology. He is the winner of the "Chutian Scholar" Program in Hubei Province in 2017. He has published more than 40 papers in internationally renowned journals such as Lab on a Chip, ACS Nano, Nanoscale, Biomicrofluidics, Scientific Reports, IEEE Photonics Technology letters, Advanced Optical Materials, and international conferences. His scientific research achievements have been highlighted and featured by many International journals/media such as Nature Photonics, AIP press release and International Innovation. He has participated in several national-level scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Key Research and Development Program. At present, he focuses on the research and development of micro-nano optoelectronic devices, including microfluidic chip technology, semiconductor photocatalytic materials and devices, fiber optic sensors, fiber lasers, online monitoring of water environment.

Wen Hongqiao,, has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the School of Information Engineering of Wuhan University of Technology( from January 2009 to December 2009, he visited the School of Computer and Engineering of Northwestern University).He has hosted the National Natural Science Project "Research on Distributed Multi-parameter Sensing Mechanism and Method Based on Ultrashort Fiber Bragg Grating Array", "Sensor Method Based on Ultra-low Reflectance Fiber Bragg Grating and Its Applied Basic Research", “High-sensitivity multi-function seismograph based on fiber-optic sensing” of Hubei Science and Technology Support Project, “Research on Fabry-Perot sensor multiplexing and demodulation methods based on weak fiber grating” of Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has published more than 20 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and international conferences, and more than 10 papers are included in SCI/EI. He has won 5 national invention patents.
